Tomer Avni is VP Product at Tenable, leading Tenable’s AI Security business. Tomer was the co-founder at Apex Security, the leading AI security platform, funded by Sequoia, Index, and Sam Altman. Prior to founding Apex, Tomer led product at cybersecurity startups, was an investor in an early stage VC firm, and head of section at 8200 unit, where he won the Israel defense prize. Tomer received his Bachelor’s in Mathematics at the age of 19 and has an MBA and master's in engineering from Harvard.
